Shipping Policy

1. Scope of Application
These Shipping Terms apply only to the shipping of pillows sold by JOYHARVESTBR INC (hereinafter referred to as "we") to customers located within the European Union (hereinafter referred to as "you"). These Terms do not apply if your delivery address is outside the EU.

2. Shipping Arrangements
Shipping Time: After you successfully submit your order and complete payment, we will complete product stocking, packaging, and shipping procedures within 5-7 business days. If an item is out of stock and requires special handling, we will notify you in advance via email ([email protected]) and agree to postpone the shipping time.
Shipping Proof: After shipment, we will email the shipping tracking number and shipping tracking information to the email address you specified for your order. You can use the shipping tracking number to check the shipment status on the relevant logistics platform.

3. Shipping Process and Responsibilities

Partner Logistics Partner: We will select a logistics partner with EU cross-border transport qualifications (such as DHL, UPS, DPD, etc.) based on your delivery address to ensure the legal entry and delivery of your goods.

Shipping Time: From the date the goods are dispatched from our warehouse to the date they arrive at your designated delivery address within the EU, the estimated shipping time is 20-40 calendar days. This time is only an estimate; actual shipping time may be extended due to force majeure or unforeseen factors such as weather, customs clearance, and logistics transit. We will strive to coordinate with the logistics partner to shorten the shipping time.

Shipping Responsibility: If the goods are damaged or lost during transportation due to improper handling by the logistics partner, we will assist you in filing a claim with the logistics partner. Please carefully inspect the packaging and the condition of the goods upon receipt. If any abnormalities are found, please refuse the goods and contact our customer service ([email protected]) for prompt resolution.

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the weight and volume of your order, as well as the EU member state where your delivery address is located. The specific cost will be displayed when you submit your order and will be paid at the time of payment.

Duties and Taxes: Import duties, value-added tax (VAT), and other taxes incurred within the EU are your responsibility, in accordance with EU customs regulations. Your carrier may charge you for these fees upon delivery; the specific amount will be determined by your local customs office.

5. Address Changes and Refusal
Address Changes: If you need to change your delivery address, please contact our customer service by email before shipment. If the shipment has already been shipped, address changes may incur additional charges, which will be borne by you.

Unreasonable Refusal: If you refuse a delivered shipment without a valid reason, you will be responsible for the return shipping and related fees. We will refund the remaining balance after deducting these fees.
